Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Lungo — the iOS app, the Mac bridge, and the relay/API service (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, pairing a device, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. What Lungo does

Lungo lets you remote-control AI coding agents running on your own computer from your phone. The Service routes an end-to-end encrypted connection between your devices; your code, prompts, and agent output stay on your devices and are not readable by us (see the Privacy Policy).

2. Beta & “as is”

Lungo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and during beta may be incomplete, change, or be interrupted at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your devices and credentials secure. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country). You can delete your account at any time from within the app; deletion removes your account and unpairs your devices.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service or its security, gain unauthorized access to systems, or run workloads that harm the Service or others. You are responsible for the agents and commands you run through Lungo and their effects on your own systems.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to your code, prompts, and other content. Lungo claims no ownership of it. Because content is end-to-end encrypted between your devices, we don’t access it to operate the Service.

6. Third-party agents & services

Lungo controls third-party coding agents and services that you configure (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor). Your use of those is governed by their own terms; we’re not responsible for them.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by Lungo and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended; no other rights are granted.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lungo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
